TCH-340 – High Vacuum Oven

Model TCH- 340 line of products is a cold-wall “heated shelves” rugged high vacuum oven used in laboratory, industrial and testing applications. This product line with temperature up to 350° C is mostly required where high uniformity and low particles process is required. Our new line of vacuum ovens is design for ultra clean application. The stainless steel chamber walls are kept smooth for easy cleaning with our special design heated shelves. The vacuum ovens are pumped with dry or “wet” roughing pumps and turbo molecular pumps according to the application. The outer surface is kept cool as a result of our double insulation design. The TCH- 340 is supply with integrated controller, high performance pumps and vacuum gauges as a “Plug & Play” unit. All ovens are supplied with certificates of calibration. We offer a full line of gaskets to suit applications such as “Silicon free” environment. Each shelve is independently controlled to achieve uniform temperature regardless of the load on each of the oven shelves. One of the shelves is consider as master while the other shelves are controlled in a slave mode with dynamic set-point. The PLC controls all interlocks including the over temperature protection. The PLC is also used for easy ONE POINT programming of the vacuum and temperature ramping cycle. The system can be delivered with our optional OMNICONVAC II software and PC communication capabilities. This option features the advantage of auto storage of all analog system data, for on-line off-line analysis and reports. The OMNICONVAC II makes the ramping programming extremely easy. It is also possible to overlap the set temperature with actual values recorded during the process. The actual values deviation is less than ± 0.5 °C as compared to the required values in ramp mode. The heating ramps are programmable from 0.5 to 10°C/min With OMNICONVAC II it is possible to program temperature ramp in relation to pressure in order to maintain OUT GASING rate and vacuum level at predefined value.
