TFDS-462T low cost bell jar type deposition system designed for research & development.
Suitable for most of the known devices and technologies such as:
Vertical Hoist electrical drive unit, with geared, fail-safe on power loss, provides the vertical movement of the bell jar. Two switches are used to cut out the electrical drive before the final position is reached. The bell jar chamber can be turned clockwise or counterclockwise in top position for maintenance by removing fixing screw.
